1 lg. pkg. (or 2 sm.) apricot Jello 2 c. hot water plus 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. small marshmallows 2 bananas, diced 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. pineapple juice 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter Add water to Jello and let thicken. Drain pineapple (save juice) and add with marshmallows and bananas to Jello. Cook sugar, pineapple juice, flour, butter and egg until thick. Let cool and add small package of cream cheese. Spread over Jello. Top with Dream Whip and nuts. |
