CRAB MORNAY 
1 lb. white crabmeat
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. milk (2 c.)
2 tsp. white pepper

Make thick cream sauce of butter, flour, salt and pepper. In greased baking dish, place layer of crabmeat, layer of cheese and layer of cream sauce. Repeat until dish is filled. Bake in moderate oven (300-350 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4.
