SUCCOTOSH 
2 c. lima beans
4 ears fresh corn
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. can whole tomatoes may be added for variety

Cut corn from cob, or use 1 large can cream corn. Combine with beans in saucepan. Cook over medium to low heat for 20 minutes before tasting. Add salt, pepper and butter to taste along with sugar if needed. Try adding the tomatoes along with the beans and corn for variety. Good served with corn bread and pork chops.
