SPINACH PIE 
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and THOROUGHLY DRAINED
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. leaf marjoram
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Saute onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. Combine with remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Turn ingredients together. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake 50 to 55 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese. Cool 15 minutes before serving. OPTIONAL: Entire pie may be served in a pie crust. Serves 6. Bon Apetit!
