SPRING VEGETABLE PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 pkg. Knorr Recipe Classics Spring Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe mix
1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In large bowl with wire whisk, beat eggs lightly. Blend in milk, cheese, spinach and recipe mix. Mix well. Pour into frozen pie crust.

Bake on baking sheet about 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.
