SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 c. cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated onion, optional
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Paprika

Heat soup and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan until butter melts; add sour cream. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (This makes a large amount. Half of this recipe would be suitable amount for most families.)
