SOUR CREAM/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 boxes broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt (garlic)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. American cheese
2 c. corn flakes

Cook broccoli and drain. Add flour, salt and pepper to melted butter. Stir, wait until cool and stir in 1/2 pt. of sour cream. Layer broccoli, sauce, American cheese. Topping: 1/2 stick butter, 2 cup cornflakes, crushed. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
