SOUR CREAM-BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
sugar, to taste
2 (8 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. noodles
6 green onions, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef in skillet, add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook slowly for 15-20 minutes. Cook noodles; drain. Mix onions, cream cheese and sour cream. Place layer of noodles in large casserole. Spread with 1/3 the sour cream mixture. Cover with 1/3 of the beef sauce. Repeat layers twice sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350°F.
