PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Townhouse crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix pineapple juice with sugar and flour. Add 1/3 of the cheese to this mixture. Place pineapple chunks in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheese over the top. Mix cracker crumbs and butter; place this on top of casserole. Pour juice mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
