CRAB & SHRIMP SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped shallots
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 empty cans of milk
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
1 tsp. liquid crab boil
1 lg. piece garlic, chopped
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. beer

Saute shallots in butter until wilted. Add all ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat. Stir often. Simmer 30 minutes. Salt to taste.
