STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, separated
1 c. (1/8" thick) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts or 1/2 c. canned bamboo shoots
2 tbsp. butter

Heat 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan or wok. Add remaining ingredients and stir until tender.

Microwave directions. Preheat browning dish 1 to 2 minutes, depending on size. Add 2 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave at high for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 1 to 3 1/2 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
