FRIED RICE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
4-5 c. cooked rice
4 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cooked, diced ham, chicken, beef, pork, or salami

Melt butter by microwaving on HIGH for 40-60 seconds. Add eggs. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Re-cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 additional minute. Add remaining ingredients. Stir gently to blend. Microwave for 3-5 minutes on HIGH. Serve at once!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
