STIR FRY 
4 oz. lean cubed steak
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. water mixed with 1 tsp. gravy maker
Pepper and garlic powder to taste

Place all ingredients in microwave safe 1 quart casserole. Cover with perforated plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with 1/2 cup cooked rice and 1/2 cup water packed pineapple slices.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
