MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 (2 stacks) Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
4 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix crackers and butter. Put half on bottom of 9x13 pan.

Mix together mandarin oranges, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice concentrate. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over mixture in pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Refrigerate.
