ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Flour tortillas
1 pkg. shredded cheese

Brown meat and onion together; drain. Add garlic powder and taco seasoning. Then add enchilada sauce. Grease bottom of 9"x13" pan, line pan with a layer of tortillas, pour hamburger mixture over shells, cheese, repeat process. When finished, add soups on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
