GREEN ENCHILADAS CASSEROLE 
1 dozen flour tortillas
1/2 c. oil
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth

In skillet fry tortillas in oil but keep soft. In each place 1 tablespoon onion and 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll up and place in 8x11 baking dish.

In saucepan melt butter and blend in flour. Add broth and stir constantly until thickened. Stir in sour cream and green chiles. Do not boil. Pour over tortillas and bake 425 degrees for 25 minutes. More cheese can be sprinkled over top for the last 10 minutes.
