GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 dozen corn tortillas
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 sm. can chopped green chilies

Mix soup, milk and chilies in saucepan, heat on medium high. Fry tortillas until soft (in oil) then soak in soup mixture, then layer in a casserole dish with onion and cheese. Add remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
