1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. cornmeal mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
5 eggs, well beaten
1 lg. chopped onion
6 oz. lg. curd cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
