BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted

Defrost broccoli and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased oblong pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden. Cool then cut into squares.
