CHILIES RELLENO 
4-6 cans green chili peppers
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 pt. cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Shred cheeses. Layer in large Pyrex dish chilies, Monterey Jack, chilies, cheddar cheese, etc. Beat eggs, combine with sour cream and salt. Beat. Pour over cheeses and chilies. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
