CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can French style green beans, drained
1 jar pimentos, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® original wild rice
1 chicken boiled - stripped of bone and chopped - reserve liquid

Cook UNCLE BEN'S® rice according to package directions - using reserved chicken water. Saute onion in butter until clear. Add chicken, green beans, pimentos, water chestnuts, rice, cream of celery soup and mayonnaise. Mix all together. Put in casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes (be sure to cover with foil before baking). Serve hot.
