CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. broth
1 c. milk
1 pkg. sharp cheese (4 oz.)
4 c. corn flakes, rolled fine (measure first)
2 cooked chicken breasts
4-5 strips bacon, crumbled
Salt
Pepper

Grease 2 quart casserole. Cover with 1/2 of corn flakes. Make sauce with butter, flour, milk, broth and cheese. Add chicken, cut in bite-size pieces. Pour over corn flakes. Cover with remaining corn flakes and sprinkle with bacon. Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let stand 5 minutes to set.
