NO PEEL POTATOES OR POTATO SALAD
OR CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. thawed hash browns
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 strip or roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix above together except crackers and butter. Put in casserole dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top. Cut stick of butter into small pieces and put on top of crackers. Bake 1 hour covered and then 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
