MACARONI AND HAM SALAD 
3 lbs. macaroni, cook & cool
1 1/2 lbs. ham, cooked & diced
1 lb. fine diced celery
2 med. onions, chopped fine
2 sm. jars pimientos (opt. but very nice)
1 lg. chopped green pepper
2 qt. French dressing

Have all ingredients well chilled. Mix with dressing. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes before serving. Serve on a lettuce leaf if desired. 50 to 60 servings.
