BEER ROAST 
Beef brisket roast
1 can beer
Water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 can mushrooms
Sugar
Salt
pepper
Garlic powder

Brown meat. Add 1 can beer and enough water to cover meat. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and catsup to desired taste. Also add diced onion and can of mushrooms (optional). Add sugar until gravy tastes sweet. Cook until meat is done. Add flour, water, enough to thicken gravy and reseason to taste.
