PHYLLIS'S CHEESY POTATOES WITH
BACON
 
12 med. potatoes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Do not peel potatoes (red potatoes, preferred). Place potatoes in a small pot; cover with water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Drain well.

In order listed above, layer half of all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
