LEMON SUPREME CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. sugar

Place cake mix, egg yolks, apricot nectar and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend cake mix and other ingredients, add egg whites and beat at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Bake in well greased 10 inch tube pan for 50 minutes.

GLAZE:

Heat juice and grated rind of three lemons with 2-3 cups of powdered sugar and pour over cake while hot and still in pan. Let cool in pan.
