LEMON APRICOT SUPREME CAKE | |
1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 c. Crisco oil 1 c. apricot nectar 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs ICING GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. apricot nectar Mix all of the cake ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For the icing, beat until creamy the 2 ingredients and glaze the cake while it is still hot or warm. (Before icing the cake, pour the remains of the apricot nectar can over the cake. You will probably want to buy the 12 ounce can of apricot nectar.) |
