LEMON-APRICOT CAKE 
1 box lemon supreme cake mix (Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. apricot juice (nectar)
1 tsp. lemon extract

Put Wesson oil, apricot juice and lemon extract in large bowl with cake mix and blend well - add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Cook in tube pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Pour topping over cake while still warm. (Do not heat or warm topping).

TOPPING:

Sm. amount of lemon juice to make right consistency
3 tbsp. apricot juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and pour over cake while still warm.
