APPLE PIZZA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
2 tbsp. canned milk
3 c. sliced or chopped apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. pecan pieces
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Cold water

Mix flour, salt, cheese and shortening together as pie crust. Add enough cold water to make good pie dough. Divide into 2 parts. Roll out one at a time on floured board, place on pizza pans. Melt butterscotch morsels with canned milk. Spread over dough. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. Place over sauce on dough. Sprinkle top with pecans. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over all. Top with cut up cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes when apples are done. NOTE: IF using butter in crust, omit salt.
