SEAFOOD TORTELLINI 
1 c. peeled shrimp or crabmeat or scallops
7 pieces crumbled bacon
1 pkg. tortellini
1 1/2 c. half and half
5 tbsp. butter cut into pieces
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Boil tortellini in water as directed. Bring half and half to a boil in a large skillet. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add warm tortellini to skillet and choice of seafood. Toss well and add butter, seasonings and 1/2 cup of cheese. Toss again and serve with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon sprinkled on top.
