1 lb. frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 pt. light cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
Black pepper (to taste)
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini as per directions on package. In separate pot melt butter. Add cream, nutmeg and black pepper. Simmer approximately 10 minutes on low heat. Add 1/3 cup grated cheese. Drain tortellini. Return to large pot. Pour in sauce. Mix all together with more grated cheese.
