TOMATO TORTELLINI SOUP 
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can milk
2/3 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. frozen cheese tortellini
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In 1 1/2 quart saucepan stir soup. Add water and milk. Add Italian seasoning. Heat to simmering over medium heat. Add tortellini. Simmer 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
