MAGGIE'S TORTELLINI SOUP 
This is a very delicious soup. I got this recipe from my friend, Margaret (Maggie) Howard.

16 frozen meatballs
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (32 oz. ea.) cartons chicken broth
2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 cups baby spinach

Combine meatballs, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, pepper and chicken broth in a big pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 10 minutes.

Bring back to a boil and add tortellini and cook (uncovered) for 3 to 5 minutes.

Stir in cheese and spinach. Cook until wilted. Serve immediately. Top with extra cheese, if desired.
