RHUBARB CRISP OR APPLE CRISP 
6 to 8 c. rhubarb, cut up or sliced apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:

2 c. flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder

Place cut rhubarb or sliced apples in large bowl and add sugar and cinnamon. Mix together and put in 9 x 13 greased pan. Then mix together flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, brown sugar, baking powder and melted butter. Put topping mixture on top of apples or rhubarb and press down lightly with fingers.

Bake 35 minutes at 375°F. Serve with Cool Whip.
