GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk with Grape Nuts. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add hot milk to egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
