GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can milk
3/4 c. diced cheese
1 onion, sliced

Brown beef; drain. Cook potatoes 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese melts. Layer in casserole dish all ingredients, starting with beef. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
