CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2-3 qts. popped corn

Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Add sugar and salt. Cook and stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla until smooth. Keep warm in fondue pot and dip popcorn in chocolate. (Those who have always loved fudge and popcorn will love this!)
