CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
2/3 c. light Karo
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips or 2 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet
chocolate
Assorted fresh fruit
Sliced pound cake, diced
Marshmallows, etc.

In a medium saucepan, stir corn syrup and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from stove, add chocolate, stir until melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit cake, etc.

Be sure to use heavy cream! A crock pot works well to keep sauce warm; use low heat setting. Authentic! From Switzerland!
