HERBED CHICKEN SUPREMES 
8 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
Season with salt, garlic salt, tarragon and pepper
8 pats butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. salad croutons, crushed

Flatten each chicken breast slightly and sprinkle with seasonings. Place a pat of butter on each piece of chicken and roll the chicken around it. Place in a buttered 8 x 12 casserole and spoon sour cream over them. Top with crushed croutons. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serves 4-8, depending on appetites.
