SPICED COCOA 
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Pinch of salt

In a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. To make hot cocoa, use 1 to 2 tablespoons spiced cocoa mix per cup of hot milk. Serve hot. Makes 1 1/2 cups mix; serves about 18. I double this and keep in tight jar and use it when I want some hot cocoa.
