ANYTIME COCOA MIX 
2 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all above ingredients. Label and store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.

When ready to make hot cocoa, mix 2 heaping teaspoons with 2 tablespoons cold milk in large mug. When smooth, fill cup with hot milk. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.
