PRETZEL SALAD 
2 1/2 c. broken pretzels (thin sticks 1/4 to 1/2 inch long)
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen raspberries (chopped)

Step 1: Mix together in large oblong baking dish first 3 ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2: Mix with mixer until creamy; cream cheese, egg and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over pretzel mix.

Step 3: Make Jello with only 1 cup of cold water. Let set SLIGHTLY, not very firm. Put on top. Chill.
