SWISS CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked
Chicken fillet (1 - 1 1/2 lb.)
Cream of mushroom soup (1 can per 6 pieces)
Swiss cheese slices (enough to cover)
Bread crumbs

Place rice evenly in 9x13 pan. Place uncooked chicken on top of rice. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chicken and rice. Place Swiss cheese on top, covering all ingredients in pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
