SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
7 c. sliced potatoes
2 lb. ground beef, sauteed, drained with onion
Lg. can sauerkraut (or 2 sm. cans)
1 cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 golden mushroom soup, undiluted

Use large pan or casserole. Put everything in layers as above. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. You do not have to grease pan. Serves at least 6 to 8.
