SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Garlic, to taste
1 sm. can sauerkraut
1 (1 lb.) bag noodles, cooked
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cook sauerkraut for 20 minutes. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
