SAUERKRAUT AND TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 can stewed tomatoes (#1 size)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. sliced celery

Simmer tomatoes, vegetables oil and sugar together for 30 minutes. Add sauerkraut, onion and celery. Place in casserole, place over top 1 package smoky sausages. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
