PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (8 inch) graham cracker pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice. Stir in sour cream and pumpkin. Add spices. Pour evenly into graham crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
