FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
9 or 10 inch baked pie shell
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Boil first 3 ingredients until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 package (3 ounce) strawberry Jello. Pour over berries in baked pie shell. Refrigerate.

Make pie shell first. When cool, fill with berries. Then make glaze. Good with other kinds of fruit and Jello. Serve with whipped cream.
