FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. strawberries (washed and hulled)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 baked pie shell
Whipped cream

Place 1 pint of strawberries (sliced if desired) in pie shell. Mash remaining strawberries and mix with cornstarch and sugar. Cook in a saucepan until thick and clear. Pour mixture over berries in pie shell. Chill until set. Serve with whipped cream.
